A student must carry the School Almanac to school every day with the complete information page filled up.
The school keeps parents updated about their ward’s education through the school portal. The school portal will contain Assessment Criteria, School Rules, Assignments and Worksheets for ready reference.
If parents wish to meet the teacher, they may do so after seeking prior appointment from the concerned teacher through an almanac note.
During school hours, parents and guardians are not allowed to visit either their ward or any teacher. In case of emergency Class Teacher may be contacted through Front Office.
Third language, activities and hobbies once taken, cannot be changed during the academic year.
Allocation of sections is done based on bus routes, boy-girl ratio, and third/second language.
Once classes are allotted, the school will not entertain any application regarding the change of section of any child.
Students leaving school will receive report cards on the day of Open House only.
Both parents should be present for open house meetings held during the year. Results will also be available on the portal.
Sufficient balance in the Bank Account needs to be kept to avoid any inconvenience when PDCs towards school fees are submitted for clearance.
Result may be withheld due to non-payment of fees.
The bonafide certificate will be issued only two days after the submission of the application for the same.
a). Only in case of exigencies can a child be picked up from school with permission of the concerned head. This holds good for test days as well.
b) Nobody other than the parent is allowed to pick up the child in case of an emergency and the parent needs to carry the parent l card for the same.
c). In case the parents are leaving the town/country, they should make sure that the tickets are scheduled according to the holiday list and school planner.
d) If any long leave is to be taken during a particular term, the same needs to be approved by either the Section Head or Principal in advance.
e) For a student who is not keeping well, the parent is advised not to send him/her to school and the same needs to be communicated to the Class Teacher.
lt is mandatory for all students, unless instructed otherwise, to be present for all school programmes and functions.
The school is committed to protecting the environment and expects the students to be environment friendly in all their actions. The use of poly bags (plastic bags) is, therefore, strictly prohibited in the school and students should consciously avoid their use for any purpose.
Students are not allowed to wear rings on fingers or nose rings, makeup or expensive jewellery However, one pair of small (sober) ear/nose studs is permitted.
No books (other than text books or library books), magazines, floppies, cassettes, CDs, money, mobile phones, camera, transistors may be brought to the school without the permission of the Principal/Class Teacher.
No student shall indulge in any of the following practices:
I) Spitting in or near the school building.
ii) Disfiguring or otherwise damaging any school property.
iii) Smoking
iv) Any form of gambling
v) Use of drugs except on prescription by a Practitioner/Doctor.
vi) Rowdy & rude behaviour.
vii) Use of violence in any form, bullying or anti social behaviour.
viii) Casteism, communalism or practice of untouchability.
ix) Bursting of crackers.
No student should damage school furniture, draw graffiti or in any way damage things belonging to others. Any damage done will be compensated by the one who causes it or the whole class.
The school reserves the right to suspend or to take strict action against a student whose performance in studies is constantly unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to others students. In case any student violates the school rules, or indulges in any form of indiscipline, strict action like expulsion, suspension/rustication shall be taken against the student.
